Why can’t I login? There are several reasons why this could occur. First, ensure you are logged in to your account at using the credentials you used to register your PreSonus product(s). If you are logged in to My PreSonus and you still cannot log in to the PreSonus forums, you might have to register your My PreSonus account in order to gain access to the PreSonus forums. If you are logged in to My PreSonus and were previously able to access the PreSonus forum and still cannot login, then something else is wrong, we advise you to contact Technical Support for assistance by logging a support request at Click the link for New Ticket on the upper right corner of the screen. It is also possible that we have a technical difficulty that we need to fix on our end.
Before actually installing Studio One we recommend creating an account on the PreSonus website, and registering the Product Key. You can do that here: My.
I registered but cannot login! First, check your username and password. If they are correct, then one of two things may have happened.
If COPPA support is enabled and you specified being under 13 years old during registration, you will have to follow the instructions you received. Some boards will also require new registrations to be activated, either by yourself or by an administrator before you can logon; this information was present during registration. If you were sent an e-mail, follow the instructions. If you did not receive an e-mail, you may have provided an incorrect e-mail address or the e-mail may have been picked up by a spam filer. If you are sure the e-mail address you provided is correct, try contacting an administrator.
I registered in the past but cannot login any more?! Perhaps you have entered an account that you have used previously, it is not uncommon that PreSonus customers register an account and forget they have one or more years later when they return to the system, in some cases emails have changed due to job or life changes.
Try doing a password recovery with previous email accounts you have used to see if that works. Otherwise log a support ticket at so a support agent can assist in getting your account sorted out. My language is not in the list! Either the administrator has not installed your language or nobody has translated this board into your language. Try asking the board administrator if they can install the language pack you need.
If the language pack does not exist, feel free to create a new translation. More information can be found at the phpBB website (see link at the bottom of board pages). Alternatively, we suggest using a browser such as Google Chrome and let it translate for you. Just know that the board publishes in English, except for the dedicated language areas for Studio One for French, German and Spanish.
Can I edit my post? You can edit a post by clicking the edit button for the relevant post. If someone has already replied to the post, you will find a small piece of text output below the post when you return to the topic which lists the number of times you edited it along with the date and time. This will only appear if someone has made a reply; it will not appear if a moderator or administrator edited the post, though they may leave a note as to why they’ve edited the post at their own discretion. How do I create a poll? When posting a new topic or editing the first post of a topic, click the “Poll creation” tab below the main posting form; if you cannot see this, you do not have appropriate permissions to create polls.
Only Administrators and Forum Moderators can create a Poll. Enter a title and at least two options in the appropriate fields, making sure each option is on a separate line in the textarea.
You can also set the number of options users may select during voting under “Options per user”, a time limit in days for the poll (0 for infinite duration) and lastly the option to allow users to amend their votes. Can I post images? Yes, images can be shown in your posts. If the administrator has allowed attachments, you may be able to upload the image to the board. Otherwise, you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g.
You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor images stored behind authentication mechanisms, e.g. Hotmail or yahoo mailboxes, password protected sites, etc. To display the image use the BBCode img tag. Who do I contact about abusive and/or legal matters related to this board? Any of the administrators listed on the “The team” page should be an appropriate point of contact for your complaints. If this still gets no response then you should contact the owner of the domain (do a ) or, if this is running on a free service (e.g. Yahoo!, free.fr, f2s.com, etc.), the management or abuse department of that service.
Please note that the phpBB Group has absolutely no jurisdiction and cannot in any way be held liable over how, where or by whom this board is used. Do not contact the phpBB Group in relation to any legal (cease and desist, liable, defamatory comment, etc.) matter not directly related to the phpBB.com website or the discrete software of phpBB itself. If you do e-mail phpBB Group about any third party use of this software then you should expect a terse response or no response at all.

Kiran phalke Presonic Joined: 03:07:59 Messages: 351 Location: India Offline Please understand my problem once more 1) I purchased an audio box with which came a bundeled software Studio one artist. 2) It is supposed to be a full version of Studio one artist.
But what i have is only a demo one where i cannot save and make mixdown. What is the use? 3) No body seems to bother about my problem from presonus side.

Finally I have tried putting this KEY in correct way and it always say wrong key. My main question is is it a demo version or full version of studio one artist. If it is a demo then i am sorry that i bought this audio box. Kiran Phalke I like and admire software people who develop sequencers and i also like people who sell it.
Kiran phalke wrote:Finally I have tried putting this KEY in correct way and it always say wrong key. Kiran Phalke Just to be clear, you are using the key listed in 'My Software' (Presonus.com/registration, the web, via copy and paste) or using a key from maybe somewhere else? I don't know how the demo works, if MySoftware is listed for the demo and if that page needs to be updated after you buy or not.
I do think I recall seeing a page that says 'Studio One Demo' though. Does your's say 'Demo' on it?
The actual My Software page. This message was edited 1 time. Last update was at 16:04:55 'So.

I wonder what's queued up next in line on the drama list?' Motoko Baconator Joined: 08:29:34 Messages: 8086 Location: Amersfoort, The Netherlands Offline I understand your issue. The AudioBox comes with a full version of S1 Artist.
Please do the following. Go to this page: 2. Go to 'My software' 4. That should list the various software that you have registered to your account.
If you have the demo, then you should at least see the demo version there. If you have Artist already registered you should see something like LMike has posted above.
If you don't see Artist registered, then go back to your account and click on 'Register Software' and use the key from the receipt. If you see both of the Demo and Artist, download the license file that is connected to the Artist version. 7 Start S1, go to the Studio One menu, select activation and use the offline activation to activate and select the license file that you have just downloaded in step 6.
